Cleveland singing “Moon River” is a reference to a scene in the old Chevy Chase movie, “Fletch.” Fletch gets a proctological exam, and the moment the doctor slips his finger in, Fletch burst out singing, “MOOOOOON RIVER!” So now you know what Donna’s up to in bed with Cleveland!

The second time Donna gets in bed with Cleveland and disappears under the blankets, he sings part of “Blue Moon” before he passes out and falls asleep.
