Is the monologue that Cleveland gives in the ice cream parlor a reference to any stage play, movie, or television show?

When cleaveland and lester go into the portal the reference is from a game made from ValvE named Portal

Does anyone know what the name of the song is playing during the kiss cam at the start? (when roberta is on top of fedeline)??
